Lotus PA realises that no two projects are ever the same, pricing should be flexible enough to accommodate varying types work. Therefore are rates vary according to the type of support you require. Packages can be tailored to suit your budget.

Pay as you go - ad hoc hours

An ideal solution if you would like to use us on an ad hoc basis. An hourly rate that is billed in the increments you use - no round up, no minimum charge

Retainer Package - if you need a Part Time PA

If you would like to use our services on a regular basis for several hours or more per month then it is more cost effective to hire us on a retained basis. You purchase hours in advance and receive a discount on the hourly charge.

Project Basis

For some specific complete projects which may run over a longer period of time or a one off project, an hourly rate or overall project fee will be charged. Rates are dependent on work involved and a written quote would be provided.

We are offering a 10% discount to existing clients who refer our services to a friend. In addition to this the new client will receive a 10% discount as well. Please contact us for further information

Courier Services

Need a parcel or important document delivered by hand in the Harrogate area, Ł25 an hour.

Terms include:

Completion of a booking form, which is required before any work commences

Invoice settlement due 14 days from date of invoice
